Return & Refund Policy

Returns and right of withdrawal

Most of our products are made to order. However, customers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for standard products, unless the product is excluded from the right of withdrawal by law.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made or customized according to the customer’s own personal requirements. This includes, for example, products with the customer’s own name, text, image, logo or other personalized content.

Please note that choosing a size, colour or standard design from our store does not usually make the product personalized.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number

• photos of the product

• photos of any damage or defect

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution if necessary.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you cancel your purchase under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment, where required by applicable consumer law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost may not be refunded.

Palautukset ja peruuttamisoikeus

Suurin osa tuotteistamme valmistetaan tilauksesta. EU-alueen kuluttajilla on kuitenkin lakisääteinen 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeus vakiotuotteille, ellei tuote kuulu lain mukaiseen peruuttamisoikeuden poikkeukseen.

Sinulla on 14 päivää aikaa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta ilmoittaa, että haluat peruuttaa ostoksen. Ilmoituksen jälkeen tuote tulee palauttaa 14 päivän kuluessa.

Palautettavan tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön, pesemätön ja samassa kunnossa kuin vastaanotettaessa. Tuotetta saa tarkastella samalla tavalla kuin myymälässä, mutta asiakas vastaa mahdollisesta arvon alentumisesta, jos tuotetta on käsitelty enemmän kuin sen tarkastaminen edellyttää.

Palautuksen toimituskulut

Asiakas vastaa palautuksen toimituskuluista, ellei kyseessä ole virheellinen, vaurioitunut tai väärä tuote.

Tuotteet, joita peruuttamisoikeus ei koske

Peruuttamisoikeus ei koske tuotteita, jotka valmistetaan tai muokataan asiakkaan omien yksilöllisten vaatimusten mukaisesti. Tällaisia ovat esimerkiksi tuotteet, joissa on asiakkaan oma nimi, teksti, kuva, logo tai muu henkilökohtainen sisältö.

Pelkkä koon, värin tai verkkokaupassa olevan valmiin designin valitseminen ei yleensä tee tuotteesta yksilöllisesti valmistettua.

Vaurioituneet, virheelliset tai väärät tuotteet

Tarkista tilauksesi heti sen vastaanotettuasi. Jos tuote on saapuessaan vaurioitunut, virheellinen tai olet saanut väärän tuotteen, ota meihin yhteyttä mahdollisimman pian.

• kuva mahdollisesta vauriosta tai virheestä

Selvitämme tilanteen ja järjestämme tarvittaessa korvaavan tuotteen, hyvityksen tai muun sopivan ratkaisun.

Maksun palautukset

Jos hyvitys hyväksytään, se palautetaan alkuperäiselle maksutavalle.

Voimme pidättää maksun palautuksen, kunnes olemme vastaanottaneet palautetun tuotteen tai kunnes olet toimittanut meille todisteen tuotteen palauttamisesta.

Huomioithan, että maksun palautuksen näkyminen tilillä voi kestää muutaman pankkipäivän maksunvälittäjästä riippuen.

Jos peruutat ostoksen lakisääteisen peruuttamisoikeuden perusteella, palautamme tuotteen hinnan sekä alkuperäisen toimituksen vakiotoimituskulun sovellettavan kuluttajansuojalain edellyttämällä tavalla.

Jos olet valinnut vakiotoimitusta kalliimman toimitustavan, ylimääräistä toimituskulun osuutta ei välttämättä palauteta.
